II – Moderate intensity. No experience needed, but good body awareness is helpful.
III – High intensity. Though no experience necessary, some prior yoga experience, or good body awareness is recommended.

    Barre Essentials offers you a fast, effective, low-impact, full-body workout for the whole body. Using small, low-impact movements, pilates balls, light hand weights, resistance tubes - and sometimes sliders - you will get 50 minutes of full on, personalized workout. These high-intensity isometric movements are designed to improve your flexibility while strengthening and toning your body.

    It without a doubt produces results! Suzanne brings the heat with a fun, upbeat playlist and you are sure to have your muscles shaking and burning so you walk out of class feeling sleek, toned and accomplished.

    This class will bring you strength, endurance, and confidence to empower you beyond the yoga mat and enrich your everyday lives.

  • Fit HIIT BOOTCAMP

    These fast-paced, energetic classes will use body weight, light weights, sliders or bands or a combination of all. It’s high energy and creative workouts aimed at getting the heart pumping and muscles firing. You will build core strength, muscle mobility and have a maximum cardio burn that will sculpt and tone from head to toe.

  • Fireside Yin & Restorative

    Monday & Wednesday 7:15pm

    This Fireside Restorative Yin Yoga class will become your home for release, restoration and grounding. The practice holds postures for 1-7 minutes to target a deep release of the fascia and allowing the body and mind to fully let go. Many of the postures will use props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters to support the body. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. Many of the postures are held almost effortlessly as you drift into a restorative bliss. A great way to end your day!

    In this dynamic class you will experience the power of movement and connect with your sacred breath.

    It is a blend of modern movement modalities, coupled with embodiment practices and ancestral Wiwa meditations. Focus will be on developing Mindset, Heart-set and Soul-set using a variety of exercises and poses that help strengthen you from the inside out.

    This class is based on the teachings of Wiwa healers who remind us that all things are interconnected. Our bodies, our breath, our essence are an energetic exchange with Mother Earth.

    You can expect a dynamic movement class that will leave you sweaty, inspired and energized.

    The perfect way to wind down your day! With emphasis on resetting your nervous system, you will be guided through gentle postures with longer holds to allow the body and mind to stabilize, surrender, release and reset.


    Postures will primarily be floor based, using lots of props, and empowering mental focus cues to lead you into a state of blissful relaxation.
    Warm Yin & Restorative will become your go-to for your essential self-care priorities.
